In April 1978, Sandy left her position as a litigation paralegal and office manager at a major downtown Denver law firm to pursue her real interest – a decision and goal of working directly with people to assist them in the under taking of one of the most significant financial and personal events in their lives. To Sandy, clients are not just buyers and sellers; they are the “people” with unique needs, desires and situations. Her ability to listen, absorb, analyze and move forward in your best interest is indicative by her strong client base which primarily consists of repeat business and referrals from past clients.
She began her real estate career at Moore and Company, at the time one of the oldest, largest and most prestigious and successful real estate firms in the state of Colorado and the Nation. It was her good fortune through dedication, commitment and never ending efforts to succeed in real estate that she left Moore and Company as the number one producer at the 350 agent firm to join Kentwood-Moore Company, now Kentwood Company. Sandy went on to become the number one producer at the Kentwood Company throughout many of her twenty-five years service. She has consistently been recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as one of the top ten producers since the year she first joined. The Wall Street Journal has recognized Sandy as one of the top 250 elite real estate agents in the nation.

Chuck specializes in Denver’s higher-end residential neighborhoods. His business has been almost exclusively referral and repeat clients for many years.
Chuck is assisted by his wife of 32 years, Ann Gargotto (also a Kentwood broker). Ann was a former marketing executive and was honored as “Downtown Denver Businesswoman of the Year” in 1994. Prior to attaining her real estate license, Ann worked for over 15 years as a marketing executive for several firms, including The Hall Olson Marketing Group in Newport Beach California and The Denver Department Stores and The Tabor Center in Denver, Colorado. Specializing in retail marketing, she developed and implemented marketing plans, including special events and public relations programs. Today, Ann works with Chuck at The Kentwood Company, specifically in the staging and marketing of homes that Chuck represents.
Chuck and Ann live in Cherry Hills and have two children, Jennifer and Joey, who are both graduates of the University of Colorado, Boulder.
